Membership

Many addicts have died without the chance for recovery. Fortunately, NA was born and many addicts have found freedom from addiction one day at a time.

Tradition 3: "The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using."

This tradition is one of the most powerful traditions we have because it allows any addict the opportunity to find hope in our fellowship.

We claim spiritual progress and not spiritual perfection.

Tradition 5: "Each group has but one primary purpose - to carry the message to the addict who still suffers."
